What exactly happens to my card when I bid?
We reserve the bid amount on your card. Nothing is charged. If another brand outbids you, the amount is released at once. If you win, you are charged only after the creator posts proof. No proof, no charge.
What counts as sufficient proof?
Each listing states the proof you will receive. A 30-day trip needs dated photos from several days and clips from the videos. A stream overlay needs recordings with timestamps. If the proof is not enough, tell us. If we agree, you are refunded in full.
Can the creator reject my logo?
Yes. Creators choose who appears next to them. Some block whole industries, others review each logo within 24 hours. If your logo is declined, your money is released at once.
Can I cancel a bid?
No. A bid is a commitment, and that keeps the bidding fair for everyone. If another brand outbids you, your money is released.
Do you take a cut from brands?
No. You pay the price shown. Our fee comes out of the creator's share.
